Our 2nd stay this year.Such a warm and cosy cottage,twinkly christmas light on made it even more welcoming.Clean spacious everything you could want.Close to harbour and nice eating places.Just feels so welcoming and homely.Look forward to going again.

We have stayed in this property most years for the last 12 years. We love Amble, and this house is ideally located for everything.

The kitchen set-up has always seemed odd. The pans are cheap and thin. There isn't enough basic cutlery, but there are too many other things, like plates and cheap pans. Also the shower is really poor.

Everything. Amazing house it was very clean,warm and cosy even though downstairs was huge.Liked how you got morning sun in kitchen and evening sun in room.Such a lovely welcoming feel to it Everything in there that you could wish for and more.We just loved it.Very central to everything and parking as well.Felt really chilled out.

Spacious, light and well-equiped, comfortabele furniture. The children loved the many available games and dvd’s. We liked the big kitchen and coffee on the patio. Well situated with harbour/seasight from the first floor. The harbour of Amble is nice, we saw seals, puffins, sterns, and beautiful skies above river and Warwick castle.

Although it was generally very clean and nice, there were a few details that can be improved. The shower was a bit weird, an electrical installation of which buttons and showerhead were not cleansed well (in sharp contrast to everything else!) - no problem: we used the handshower for of the bad instead, which was fine.
